May 25, 2019 · I don't have the issues described here, but my 2.5 year old male was neutered when young and he tries to mount his sister. She HATES it and the fight is on. I make him stop and chastise him but I'm not always at home to do so and worry about what she's having to deal with. I've felt sorry for him, as it seems like it would be frustrating.
